Thank you for using the Sudbury and District Home Builders' Association app! We’re here to help if you encounter any issues or have questions about the app’s features.

Common Support Topics:

1. Account Issues

  • Forgot your login information? Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset your password.

  • Need to update your profile? Log in and navigate to the “Profile” section to update your personal or professional information.

2. Event Registration & Tickets

  • Purchasing Tickets: Follow the prompts on the “Events” page to purchase tickets securely.

  • RSVP Issues: If you’re having trouble RSVPing to an event, ensure your app is updated to the latest version.

3. Member Portal Access

  • Logging In: Members can access the portal by using their registered email and password. If you encounter login issues, try resetting your password or contact us for assistance.

4. Notifications

  • Managing Notifications: You can adjust your notification preferences under “Settings.” Note that turning off notifications may prevent you from receiving rewards and prize alerts.

5. Technical Issues

If the app is not working as expected, try the following steps:

  • Ensure your device has the latest operating system and app version installed.

  • Close and reopen the app.

  • Restart your device.

  • Check your internet connection.
